Provide education and guidance to patients and families on therapeutic strategies, home programs, adaptive tools, and environmental modifications to support generalization outside of therapy sessions.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, session notes, and patient progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, mental health providers, and physicians—to provide holistic, integrated care.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared care planning.
