If you choose this option:
-
You will pay for services at the time of your visit
-
We will provide a detailed receipt (called a SuperBill)
-
You can submit this to your insurance for potential reimbursement
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Benefits of Private Pay
Choosing private pay allows for greater flexibility and control over your care:
✔ No physician or PCP referral required
✔ No need to meet a deductible
✔ No limits on number of sessions or duration
✔ Access to all therapy services without restrictions
✔ Transparent pricing with no surprise fees
Good Faith Estimate (Your Rights as a Patient)
If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.
This Includes:
-
Therapy services
-
Related medical costs
-
Any additional services or items

You will receive your estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service
-
You may request an estimate at any time before scheduling
Your Protection:
If your final bill is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
We encourage you to keep a copy of your estimate for your records.
