Who We Are

OLIVIA JONES, MS CCC SLP
Founder & Co-Owner, Speech Language Pathologist, Certified Endoscopist
Olivia Jones, MS, CCC-SLP, is a highly experienced speech-language pathologist with a background in hospitals, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings, specializing in traumatic brain injuries and swallowing disorders for both adults and children. She also has expertise in pediatric and adolescent therapy and public school settings. Olivia is specially trained in Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders from Texas State University and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Midwestern University. Olivia maintains her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking with her family, traveling, and playing the cello.

LAUREN HATCHETT, MS CCC SLP
Co-Owner, Speech Language Pathologist,
Certified Endoscopist
Lauren Hatchett, MS, CCC-SLP, is a highly experienced ASHA licensed speech-language pathologist with substantial experience working in the acute hospital, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing/long term care, and outpatient settings. She specializes in neuro diagnostics and rehab, head and neck cancer, swallowing disorders and pediatric early intervention. Lauren is specially trained in Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
She holds a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. Lauren maintains her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. She is an active member of the UWW COMDIS Advisory Board as well as the WISHA planning committee.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading novels, traveling and spending quality time with her family.

KYLE
Chief Technology Officer
Kyle is our Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all IT needs and ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technology, he’s always on top of the latest trends and solutions to keep our operations running seamlessly. Outside of his work, Kyle enjoys rowing, leading cub scouts, and spending quality time with his family, always finding balance between his professional and personal passions. His dedication to both technology and community makes him an invaluable part of our team.
JAMIE
Speech Language Pathologist
Jamie is a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in their communication development. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in communication sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has experience working in the hospital and home health settings. She specializes in adult aphasia rehabilitation, cognition, swallowing/dysphagia, and also has expertise in pediatric speech production and language. She focuses on providing functional and personalized therapy in order to make meaningful change in the lives of the clients she serves. Outside of her professional role, Jamie enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist
Rachel is a compassionate and skilled bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in their communication development. With expertise in early intervention, speech production, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), She assists on an as-needed basis, ensuring personalized care for all. Outside of her professional role, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and traveling, always eager to explore new places and experiences.

ANNIKA
Speech Language Pathologist
Annika earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. Her professional interests include early language development, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She enjoys structuring therapy sessions by following each client’s lead to provide meaningful and personalized intervention. Outside of work, Annika enjoys spending time with her dog, family, and friends, baking, going on walks, and traveling.

KAYLEIGH
Occupational Therapist
Kayleigh is a compassionate, detail-oriented occupational therapist dedicated to providing evidence-based, client-centered care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Rutgers University. Beginning her career working in pediatric and orthopedic settings, she works closely with patients and families to promote functional independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. With her free time, Kayleigh enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and trying new restaurants in the Madison area!

MEGAN
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Megan is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She worked in the school system as a paraeducator for many years before deciding to go back to school for occupational therapy. She earned an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from Madison Area Technical College and another associate degree in Early Education from Blackhawk Technical College. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on adolescence and childhood, through Southern New Hampshire University’s online program.

Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding and training her dogs. She is currently training her puppy, Marty, to become a therapy dog.

JEN
Reading Interventionalist and Licensed Educator
Jennifer Choate is a licensed Wisconsin educator (K–8) with over 30 years of experience helping elementary students grow academically and build confidence as learners. As an academic interventionist, she specializes in literacy instruction and works closely with children who need extra support in reading.
Jennifer is trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach and has additional training in dyslexia support, allowing her to provide structured, research-based instruction tailored to each child’s needs. She is passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them develop strong reading skills in a supportive, encouraging environment.
When she’s not working with students, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family camping, gardening, quilting, and reading. She is an avid reader herself and loves sharing her appreciation for books—especially historical fiction and mysteries—with the children she works with.
