Marigold Speech Is Growing: A Look Inside Our Expansion and What’s Coming This Spring 🌼

At Marigold Speech, our mission has always been simple: provide high-quality, individualized speech and occupational therapy in a space that feels welcoming, accessible, and designed for real-life needs. Since opening our doors, we’ve grown alongside the families we serve—and now we’re thrilled to share our next big milestone.

This spring, Marigold Speech is expanding and moving to the 6th floor, bringing more space, more therapy options, and exciting new features to better support children, teens, and adults in our community.

A Therapy Clinic Designed for Growth and Comfort

Our new 6th-floor location was intentionally designed to support a wide range of therapy needs while improving flow, accessibility, and comfort for families.

When you exit the elevators, you’ll step directly into a large, welcoming lobby—no long hallways or confusion about where to go. From check-in to the start of your session, the experience will be smoother and more family-friendly.

After check-in, families may:

• Wait comfortably in the treatment room to observe your child/parent/etc or

• Relax in a dedicated waiting lounge, complete with homework and activity areas for siblings

This flexibility allows families to choose what works best for them on any given day.

Introducing Our 22 ft x 22 ft Sensory Gym

One of the most exciting features of our expansion is a 22 ft x 22 ft sensory gym—a space designed to support movement, regulation, coordination, and functional goals across therapy disciplines.

This sensory gym will allow our therapists to:

• Support sensory integration and regulation

• Incorporate movement-based therapy strategies

• Address gross motor and functional goals in a safe, engaging environment

This addition expands how we deliver care and allows therapy to be even more individualized and effective.

Expanded Therapy Rooms for Speech and Occupational Therapy

Our new clinic will include:

• Over 7 dedicated treatment rooms for Speech Therapy (ST) and Occupational Therapy (OT)

• Space to add up to 4 additional treatment rooms as our services continue to grow

• Low-stimulation therapy rooms

• Early intervention–focused rooms

• Adult-friendly therapy spaces

• ADA-accessible rooms

• Private, on-site bathrooms

Each room is being thoughtfully designed to meet specific clinical and sensory needs—because therapy environments matter.

A Collaborative Approach: Partnering With Davis Physical Therapy

We’re also excited to share that Davis Physical Therapy LLC will be occupying space upstairs with us. Davis Physical Therapy LLC provides professional physical therapy services, allowing for a collaborative, whole-body approach to care.

This partnership supports families who benefit from coordinated services under one roof and reflects our commitment to comprehensive, client-centered care.

Our Glow-Up: Renovation Progress So Far

We’ve already made significant progress on our expansion:

• All rooms have been freshly painted

• Wall framing is happening this weekend

• HVAC and electrical work are scheduled next

• Flooring will complete the transformation
